  1. Hi Blueberry, I'm glad to see you back! :D

I really like your doodles and drawings! Ever since I first found your blog, I have always thought you are a very good artist. With time, you have only gotten better! :)

I like the horse very much. It looks quite realistic! A few months ago, I went to a special show starring the famous Lipizzaner horses. They are almost all white horses, but one was black. They are some of the best trained horses in the world. The show included a lot of precision movements by multiple horses and their riders. The special movements are called "classical dressage". They had several of the horses rear up just like your drawing, but with a rider. They explaned that was a movement developed to allow a horse soldier in combat to escape if he was surrounded. The Lipizzaners are trained and bred in Vienna, Austria. It was a very entertaining and educational show! If you like, you can see some pictures and learn more about them here:

I like your princess and the castle. She is very beautiful and elegant! From the pumpkin, I will guess that she is Cinderella. :)

The swan and the cartoons are cute.

The cat is sort of scary. ;) Its eyes are amazing, like I am looking into the beautiful green water of a coral atoll's lagoon.

I like "Say No To Racism". It is a message that I have always believed strongly in! I grew up in schools with black and white kids together. Some of both were good friends to me. In college, I got to know many international students from all over the world. They taught me so much about their home countries!

Another very cute octopus and a starfish. I like them! :D

I am sure you are very busy with your engineering studies, but I hope you will continue to develop your artistic skills. You have a wonderful talent! Thanks for sharing your pictures! I feel happy looking at them. :)

    Take care.

  2. Hi BB, I am wondering how you are doing? You usually write something after I comment, but you have been very quiet. I hope you are well and things are going fine for you! :) Take care.

  3. Hi David,

How are you doing? Thanks for your lovely comments. They really make me feel happy! I'm so sorry I didn't reply any sooner. I was a little bit busy and I almost forgot about this post. I had a really busy -but wonderful- summer vacation! There was the Eid (the holiday we have after Ramadan), and Raghda came to Jordan right after the Eid, and some other people from Baghdad too! The summer vacation is now over, and next week I'm going to have my mid-term exams. Scary :(

I find horses fascinating! I looked at some Lipizzaner horses pictures, they are really beautiful! I also didn't know about horses special movements. Last year I went to a place called "Jalaad Horse Club". Almost all horses there were black. They didn't tell us much about horses there, but I got to ride one :)

The princess is Cinderella :) I tried to draw her carriage but it was hard, so I drew a pumpkin instead! I made more drawings of Disney characters, I'll post them later. I'm a big Disney fan!

The cat is supposed to the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland. It does look scary :P Also its teeth look weird.

It must be cool to know people from all over the world :) I've always wanted to know more about different countries and cultures. I've met a lot of people from around the world online, none in real life though. It's amazing how the Internet connects people from totally different parts of the world!

Thanks again for the comments. I'm always glad to hear from you!
    Take care :)

  4. I am well, but quite busy at the moment. I am trying to finish an outdoor project that involves a bit of construction and a lot of painting before the weather gets too cold.

I'm glad you enjoy my comments! :)

I'm happy that you got to see Raghda and some people you know from Baghdad. I haven't visited Raghda's blog for a long time. She pretty much stopped blogging. I hope she is doing well and is happy.

Good luck with your mid-term exams! I never enjoyed mid-terms or finals when I was in college. They take a lot of study and preparation!

I rode a horse a long time ago when I was about 10 years old. She was an older horse and didn't go very fast, but that was ok with me! ;)

I find it interesting that there are so many different kinds of horses and very different sizes. I have seen giant draft horses whose shoulders were higher than the top of my head. I have also seen miniature horses that were about two feet high at the shoulder. Horses are quite smart too, and can be trained to do many things. The newest skill that I learned about was that mini horses are being trained to guide blind people. They seem to be as good as guide dogs, and they have the added advantage of a greater field of vision.

I have enjoyed getting to know people in far away places through the internet too! But, sometimes I wish that I could meet them in person.

If you would really like to broaden your cultural horizons, perhaps you could attend graduate school in a different country.

    Take care :)
